Only one disadvantage there, i think. You cannot use Jio4GVoice app with the JioFi wifi device to make HD video and voice call. All the purpose of JioCall app is same in android and iOS version except, the iOS version is not compatible to work with JioFi WiFi device. But this is not an issue since all the iOS version smartphones are 4G network enabled, so not an issue.
